At KilaNova Kreations, each candle is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. While we do keep a small selection of items in stock, most of our candles are made to order to ensure quality, freshness, and attention to detail.
🕯️ Processing Time
- In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order candles require additional time to hand pour, cure, and finish.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping, not including transit time.
During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or new releases), processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you.
🚚 Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit schedule. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
