Return & Refund Policy

At KilaNova Kreations, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Due to the nature of our items, we have the following return policy in place.

🕯️ Returns

We accept returns only on unused items in new condition.

  • Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original condition
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Products showing any signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day window with your order number. Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided. Email us at sales@kilanovakreations.com to request a return with your order number, the item you would like to return, and reason for return. 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Items not in original condition
  • Custom, made-to-order, or limited-edition items
  • Sale or clearance items

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds cover the product price only
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please allow several business days for your refund to process after approval.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
