📦 Shipping Policy

At KilaNova Kreations, each candle is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. While we do keep a small selection of items in stock, most of our candles are made to order to ensure quality, freshness, and attention to detail.

🕯️ Processing Time

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Made-to-order candles require additional time to hand pour, cure, and finish.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping, not including transit time.

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or new releases), processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit schedule. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

📍 In-Store Pick Up Options

In-store pickup may be available on select, in-stock items only.

Availability will be clearly indicated at checkout when applicable. Not all products are eligible for in-store pickup, as many items are made to order.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received this confirmation.

Pickup location, hours, and timing may vary. Valid identification may be required at the time of pickup. Please contact us directly for more!
